This policy explains how BH Sols processes your personal data under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

Data we collect

Quote form: name, company, email, phone, site location, project description and any photos you attach.
Communications by email, phone or WhatsApp if you contact us that way.
Technical connection data (IP address, date, browser) logged by our host for security.

Purpose

Your data is used only to answer your request, prepare a quote and carry out the work. It is never sold or used for advertising.

Hosting and transfers

The website and email are hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak Network SA. No data is transferred abroad. Fonts are served from our own server.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no advertising cookies and no tracking tools.

Retention

Requests that do not lead to a contract are deleted no later than 12 months after the last exchange. Data related to a contract is kept as required by law (10 years for accounting records).

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to info@bhsols.ch.
